DataEase 4.5 for DOS 4.5

Because DataEase is quite tricky to install, I made a copy of the installed version. It is installed without Networt support, has both the 640k RAM (DEASE.EXE) and 16MB RAM version (DE16M.EXE), Tutorial and Examples. If you want to install it yourself here are some tipps: Copying the installer files from all discs to one dir and start the installer does not work, the installer checks for disc volume names, so you need an emulator where you can mount images/dirs as virtual floppyies where the volume label is visible and the emulator can switch these mounted images/dirs. Dosbox: can mount dirs but you cant let them appear as a floppy with a label, you can mount images but you cant switch them at runtime, that is only possible with cdrom images. Installer starts and does not crash. dosemu: Installer crashs, tweaking with RAM config,.. does not work. I think it can mount several images but switching is not supported, I did no further investigation bec. even the installer does not work. dosbox-x: Installer starts and does not crash, mounting multiple floppy images and switching is supported. => use dosbox-x
